Invert the colors of an image
Every color flips to its opposite: white becomes black and blue becomes orange. It’s a striking effect and a quick way to view photo negatives.
How to use it
- Choose your photo: you’ll see the negative instantly.
- Adjust brightness or contrast if you like.
- Tap “Create image” and download it.
View film negatives
Photograph an old negative with your phone over a light, invert the colors and you’ll see the positive image. Colors may look a little bluish because of the film base; fix it with brightness and contrast.
Questions and answers
Does it work for documents?
Yes: black text on white becomes white text on black, useful for reading at night or for some designs.
Can I get the original colors back?
Yes, by inverting the image again. Your original photo doesn’t change.
Are my photos uploaded to a server?
No. Everything is processed inside your browser, on your own phone or computer. Your photos never leave your device and nobody else can see them.
