By using FotoClara you accept these terms.

Using the service

The tools are free and provided “as is”. You may use them for personal or work purposes, as long as you have the right to use the images you process.

Passport and ID photos

The sizes and guides for document photos are based on the official sources linked on each page, but requirements can change. Before you submit or print, always confirm the requirements with the authority that issues your document. We are not responsible if a photo is rejected.

No warranty

We do our best to keep everything working, but we don’t guarantee the service is error-free or always available. Keep a copy of your original files.

Third-party software

The HEIC photo reader uses the heic-to and libheif libraries (LGPL-3.0 license). The background remover uses Transformers.js (Apache-2.0), ONNX Runtime (MIT) and the MODNet model (Apache-2.0). The suits in the “Suit photo” tool come from public-domain official portraits of the U.S. Government (Wikimedia Commons), with the faces removed.
