Convert PNG to PDF

Screenshots, scanned pages saved as PNG and drawings often have to be submitted as a PDF. Pick the images, put them in order and download a single PDF that any office or portal accepts.

    How to use it

    1. Choose your PNG images (JPG, WebP and HEIC are accepted too); you can add more later.
    2. Order the pages with the ↑ ↓ arrows.
    3. Choose the “Page”: “A4”, “Letter” or “Fit to photo”, and the “Margin”: 10 mm or “No margin”.
    4. Tap “Create PDF” and download it.

    Screenshots and transparent PNGs

A phone screenshot is a tall, narrow image: on an A4 or Letter page it is centered and scaled to fit, while “Fit to photo” gives the page its exact shape with no white space, better for reading on screen. A wide image gets a landscape page automatically. PNGs with a transparent background, like a signature or a logo, are placed on white, since a PDF page has no transparency.

    Multi-page documents

Each image becomes one page, in the order shown in the list. The 10 mm margin leaves room for binding or a stamp; “No margin” uses the whole sheet. Scans of a contract or a certificate belong on A4 or Letter, whichever your country uses, so they print at the right size; very large images are scaled to print resolution inside the PDF to keep the file reasonable.

    Questions and answers

The PDF is too heavy for the form. What do I do?

Reduce the images first, for example with compress to 100 KB or compress image, then make the PDF: smaller images make a smaller PDF.

Can I mix PNG and JPG in the same PDF?

Yes. Any mix of PNG, JPG, WebP and HEIC goes into one file. There is also a dedicated JPG to PDF page.

Does the text in my screenshot stay searchable?

No. The PDF contains the images as pictures; there is no text recognition, so a reader can’t select or search the words.

Are my photos uploaded to a server?

No. Everything is processed inside your browser, on your own phone or computer. Your photos never leave your device and nobody else can see them.
