Convert image to text
Choose a photo with text and we turn it into editable text you can copy, fix or save. It works with documents, screenshots, signs and books.
Text language
How to use it
- Choose the language of the text.
- Choose the image. The first time, the reader downloads (about 15 MB).
- Check the text, fix it if needed and copy it or save it as .txt.
For better reading
The photo should be straight, in focus and well lit. If it’s a photo of a page, straighten it first with scan document. It works with printed text; handwriting doesn’t read well.
